Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Fery Rides is a women-focused ride service in Delhi-NCR. We provide safe and reliable travel through electric scooties and cabs driven by women.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, bookings, complaints, and ride-related issues while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Assist customers with ride bookings, cancellations, and refund requests.
Resolve customer complaints and ride-related issues.
Coordinate with Sister Partners and the operations team.
Follow up on pending issues until they are resolved.
Maintain records of customer queries and complaints.
Ensure timely and helpful customer support.
Skills Required
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Patience and a professional approach to handling customers.
Ability to manage multiple queries and work under pressure.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.
Experience in transportation, travel, or ride-hailing services is an advantage.
Freshers are not eligible for this position.
