Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for well established E-Commerce Company located in Chennai Guindy. The company offers excellent career growth and professional working environment. This position is open only for Female candidates

Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.25,000 (gross)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints via Email, Chat.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

  • Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate with 3 to 6 years experience in Customer Support

  • Must have excellent communication in English (Oral and Written)

  • Should be able to join at short notice

It is work from office job

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm). Cab not offered

Candidates with frequent job changes won't be considered
