Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team at Juinagar. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer issues and queries are resolved effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 80 connected calls per day to address customer problems or queries.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
Record and update customer interactions in the system.
