Job Description

Urgent Hiring for US Bread Soft Collections (1st Party Collections)

Location: Bhayander, Mumbai

Process: US Bread Soft Collections – 1st Party

Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to remind US customers about their pending EMI payments

• Ensure a professional, courteous, and customer-friendly approach during interactions

• Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed

Salary: Up to ₹36,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)

• Freshers are welcome

• Strong English communication skills are mandatory

Shift Timings:

• Rotational Night Shifts: Starting from 6:30 PM

• Last shift ends by 11:00 AM

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days Working

• 2 Rotational Week Offs
