Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive — Quick Commerce (Chat-First)

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days a week

Work Model: Chat-first (80% chat, 20% voice calls)

Experience: Freshers / Graduates welcome

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Compensation: ₹24,000 per month (in-hand). No PF.

About the Role

We are hiring customer-focused individuals to join our Quick Commerce support team. You will handle customer inquiries primarily via chat, with occasional phone follow-ups. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who communicate clearly in English and want to grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries and issues via chat (approximately 80% of the time) with prompt, accurate, and professional replies.

- Handle voice calls for escalations or complex issues (approximately 20% of the time).

- Resolve order-related concerns such as delivery status, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product information.

- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and field teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Log and track issues in the CRM/ticketing system; update records with relevant details.

- Escalate unresolved or high-priority issues to supervisors in a timely manner.

- Maintain quality standards and meet individual KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

- Participate in training, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduate (UG) or equivalent. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Communication: Excellent, clear spoken and written English. Strong typing and chat etiquette.

- Attitude: Customer-first mindset, patient, empathetic, and able to work under pressure.

- Skills: Good problem-solving ability, basic computer literacy, comfort using chat/CRM tools.

- Availability: Must be able to work six days a week and flexible shifts if required.

- Age: Candidates up to 35 years old.

- Location: Willing to commute to Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
