Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Address and resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Accurately document and maintain records of customer interactions
- Adhere to company policies, quality benchmarks, and operational processes
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates both encouraged to apply
- Age: 18–35 years
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation
- In-hand salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per annum
