Job Purpose:
The Bank specialist in the Home Loans team will be responsible for driving the end-to-end transaction process for this business in the designated team. S/He will be responsible for driving process excellence for a team of sales people to fulfil the home loan requirements of Magicbricks customers through various partner Banks / HFCs.
Banking Specialist is a role that includes a wide range of duties related to support in the Loan Process to both Customer and Bank. They are responsible for providing expert knowledge, ensuring process compliance and Adherence to regulations to contribute to the overall success of the home loans business.
Key Responsibilities:
● Account management - He/She has to manage existing Leads and set up new Leads.
● Customer Service - He/She has to provide excellent customer service which includes answering all queries and resolving issues in a timely manner to promote strong client relationships
● Financial Analysis- A banking Specialist has to evaluate all financial statements and Documents of the client to identify potential risk and opportunities for further process.
● Transaction Processing - After thorough verification of the Documentation given by the client, the BS has to process the Homeloans/ LAP file as per the Banks/NBFCs requirements.
● Compliance - The BS has to ensure that the entire process is in adherence to the regulations, legal policies and follows process compliance of the Banks/NBFCs.
Key Skills:
● Mandatory Experience and Knowledge into HL/LAP Process.
● Must have experience in sales and marketing of HL/LAP through leads, Digital platforms, Field or any other such sources.
● Knowledge of Digital banking process and Computer proficiency.
● Ability to analyse clients, Leads and Documentation.
● Ability to identify and Resolve Customer/Banker issues with excellent communications on negotiation skills.
