We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support & Sales Executive who can effectively engage with prospective clients, provide exceptional customer service, and convert inquiries into successful client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat inquiries from prospective and existing clients.

• Understand clients' legal requirements and recommend appropriate legal services.

• Convert leads into consultations and clients by effectively explaining the firm's services and value proposition.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.

• Schedule consultations with advocates and legal experts.

• Follow up on leads to maximize conversions and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and update lead status regularly.

• Address client concerns professionally and escalate complex legal matters to the appropriate legal team.

• Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.3–6+ years of experience in Customer Support, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.

• Proven track record of achieving sales or conversion targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport.

• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in legal services, financial services, insurance, banking, or consulting is an advantage.

• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.

• Excellent follow-up and relationship management abilities.

• Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Professional phone etiquette and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
