Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with prospects to schedule product DEMO SESSIONS via (calendar invites, meeting links).
Providing Demonstration of the software to the clients.
Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
Identify client needs and help the client use specific features.
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with clients.
Follow up with client to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather client feedback and requirements
Prior experience of handling client calls.
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
