Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Liaise with prospects to schedule product DEMO SESSIONS via (calendar invites, meeting links).

Providing Demonstration of the software to the clients.

  • Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

  • Identify client needs and help the client use specific features.

  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with clients.

  • Follow up with client to ensure their technical issues are resolved

  • Gather client feedback and requirements

  • Prior experience of handling client calls.

  • Understanding of how CRM systems work

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
