Job Title- Customer Support Executive- Voice process

Customer Support Executive Responsibilities - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries for managing inbound calls,. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. - Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary. - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Requirements - Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. - Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. - High level of patience and empathy. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications a college degree is a plus. - Proficiency . - Fluency in English; additional language hindi proficiency is a - Strong typing speed and accuracy. - Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

Education- graduation mandatory with provisional documents.( pursuing higher Education and B.pharmancy students are not eligible)

Salary- 16,200 CTC /15,700 Take Home.

23k CTC /upto 17,500 Take home.

Working days- 6 days a week, 1 rotational week off.

Benefit- Transportation- Two way cab transportation or 2,000 Transport Allowance ( per day 80rs)
