Call Centre Executive
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Eligibility Criteria:
· Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
· Fresher’s can apply.
· 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or voice process is preferred.
· Candidates must possess valid educational and employment documents (if experienced).
· Immediate joiners are preferred.
Language Requirements:
· Fluent Tamil communication skills (Mandatory)
· Fluent Hindi communication skills (Mandatory)
Basic to Good English communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
· Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer concerns.
· Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during interactions.
· Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when necessary.
· Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
· Adhere to quality standards and customer service guidelines.
Work Schedule:
· 6 Days Working
· 1 Rotational Week-Off
· 8 Working Hours + 1 Hour Break
