Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Semi-Voice Process. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails, providing effective solutions, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails professionally.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to the Customer Support Head whenever required.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and coordinate with concerned teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Languages Mandatory: Fluent in English and Hindi.

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹27,000 Take-Home Salary.
Attractive performance-based incentives.
