Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring high-quality customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries related to orders, products, delivery, billing, and services
• Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following company processes and guidelines
Eligibility & Requirements
• Minimum qualification: PUC (12th pass) / Any Graduate
• Languages required: English & Hindi, Kannada
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Willing to work rotational shifts and weekly offs
⏰ Work Details
• Working Days:6 days working, 1 rotational week off
• Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift between
Girls- 6.00AM- 7.00PM
Boys- 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Salary & Benefits
• ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 In-hand salary
• CTC up to ₹24,000 + incentives
• Work From Home after 3 months
• Laptop will be provided
