Email Support Executive – Voice Process

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers / 1–2 Years
Shift Timings
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to customer queries through email.
Ensure timely responses within defined SLA timelines.
Accurately update customer interactions and case details in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent written English communication skills.
Typing speed of 30–40 WPM.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary – Take Home
Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives
1–2 Years Experience: ₹27,000 – ₹32,000 per month + Incentives
