Job Summary:
The Recovery Call Center Executive is responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payments, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments or pending dues
Explain outstanding balances, payment options, and due dates clearly
Negotiate payment commitments and follow up on promises to pay
Update customer interactions, payment status, and remarks in the system
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Ensure adherence to recovery policies, scripts, and legal guidelines
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets
Escalate critical or disputed cases to the supervisor when required
