Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

The Customer Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about the company's products and services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the specified time.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Provide product and service information to customers.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.

• Meet customer service performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.

• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.

• Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests.

• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
