As a Client Relationship Executive, your main role is to build strong connections between our organization and clients. You'll focus on keeping clients happy, finding new leads, and closing deals to help our business grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions that meet their objectives.
- Address client inquiries promptly; escalate issues for timely resolution.
- Generate leads via networking, cold calls, and referrals.
- Qualify leads, convert them into opportunities, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requests efficiently.
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and improve service quality.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
