We are hiring for our Domestic Voice Process at Concentrix. The role involves handling customer queries and providing resolutions in both Hindi and English.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• 12th Pass / Graduate can apply

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Shift: Rotational

• Working Days: 6 days/week, 1 rotational week off

• Contract: 3 months (can be converted to permanent based on good performance)

• Location: Doranda, Ranchi (Work from Office)
