Job Role:
Handle customer queries through email and provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility:

Excellent English communication (Written)
Proficiency in English + any one regional language
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willing to work in rotational shifts
