1. ATHER- Customer Support Associate (Non-Voice / Email Support)

Job Role: Handle customer queries through email and provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions while maintaining quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Non-Voice process
- Excellent English communication (Written)
- Proficiency in English + any one regional language
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
Salary & Compensation:
- CTC: ₹23,000 per month
- Take-Home: ₹22,500 per month

2. ATHER- Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)

Job Role: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good verbal communication skills
- English + any two regional languages (Mandatory)
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
Salary & Compensation:
- CTC: ₹23,000 per month

3. APOLLO- Insurance Sales Executive (Sales Process)
