Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Basant Avenue
Shift: 12 hours shift ( 4 day working and 3 week offs)
Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers via calls, emails, or chat.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or network systems.

• Guide customers step-by-step to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Stay updated with product knowledge and technical processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and internet applications.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to understand and resolve technical problems efficiently.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Freshers with basic technical knowledge are welcome.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
