Role: Customer Support Executive – Outbound Voice Process

Designation: Relationship Manager

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers are welcome

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹16,000 Take-Home | ₹20,000 CTC(Depends on Interview Performance)

Benefits: ESI & PF

Make outbound calls to customers as per the assigned process.

Help customers by answering their questions and resolving their issues quickly and correctly.

Provide accurate information by following company policies and process guidelines.

Escalate unresolved or long-pending customer issues to the supervisor when required.

Communicate with customers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and reduce repeat customer contacts.

Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a positive experience.

Identify opportunities to generate new sales leads or promote relevant products/services when applicable.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
