Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our subscribers. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving queries efficiently, and upholding the standards of our brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist subscribers with onboarding, plan changes, billing, and cancellations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complaints related to meal plans, deliveries, and account management

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal teams (kitchen, logistics, and sales) to resolve complex issues

  • Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services

  • Meet and consistently maintain customer satisfaction and response time targets


What We're Looking For

  • Upto 5 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and support platforms
