Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries for the Swiggy process. The role involves assisting customers with order-related issues, ensuring a smooth delivery experience, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions (calls, chats, emails)
Resolve customer issues related to:
Order delays or cancellations
Refunds and payment issues
Missing or incorrect items
Coordinate with delivery partners and restaurants when required
Provide accurate information about orders and services
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
