● Maintain and update our FAQs, help center, and knowledge base
● Track common customer pain points and suggest product improvements
● Provide feedback reports to product and tech teams
● Assist in onboarding and guiding new users when needed
Qualifications:
● Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program.
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
