Job Description

Chabria Infotech Pvt Ltd, Kolkata is hiring a Customer Support Executive (3-5 years experience).

What you will do: Own customer support for our video production and AI services clients - calls, WhatsApp and email. Handle escalations, track issues to closure, coordinate with internal teams and maintain support records.

What we need: 3-5 years in customer support or client servicing. Fluent Hindi and English (Bengali a plus). Comfortable with CRM/ticketing tools and Excel. Calm under pressure.

Office: Room 45, 1st Floor, 209A A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata (near Minto Park). Full-time, day shift (09:00-18:00), 6 days working. Salary Rs 18,000-25,000 per month.
