Position: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop service)
Shift: Night Shift (aligned to U.S. time zones – common shift 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM)
Workdays: Monday – Friday (Fixed weekends off: Saturday & Sunday)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our US Healthcare inbound voice support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for U.S. healthcare customers, providing accurate, empathetic, and timely assistance.
This is a non-sales, non-target role, purely focused on service and query resolution.
Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers with professionalism.
Understand and resolve queries while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication at all times.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for query resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams where required to ensure issue closure.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred.
Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduates/Diploma holders are a plus).
Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zone).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 (in-hand)
