2. Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift aligned with U.S. time zones

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Cab Facility: Complimentary drop after shift

Role Responsibilities

Handle inbound voice calls from U.S. healthcare customers

Provide effective and accurate query resolution

No sales and no targets involved

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written), neutral accent preferred

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduates / Diploma holders preferred)

• Comfortable with night shifts

• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Compensation & Benefits
