Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Night Shift)

Salary (In-Hand): ₹15,000 – ₹19,000

Industry: US Healthcare (Inbound Voice – No Sales/No Targets)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.

• Offer accurate and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues effectively.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex concerns.

• Meet performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers can apply).

• Experience: 0–2 years in customer service preferred.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.

• Ability to handle Night Shift (US Hours) with professionalism.

• Working Days: 5 days (Saturday & Sunday fixed off).
