Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift, Monday–Friday (Sat–Sun Fixed Off)

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle inbound voice calls from US healthcare customers. Your role will be to listen, understand their queries, and provide accurate, polite, and timely support. No sales, no targets.

Requirements:

Good English communication skills

Minimum 12th pass (freshers welcome)

Comfortable working night shifts

Salary & Benefits:

₹15,000–₹19,000 in-hand + Attendance Bonus + Annual Bonus, PF/ESI, subsidized meals & free cab drop.
