Hiring | HDFC Fastag – Customer Support Executive

Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Virar

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to HDFC Fastag

Provide support in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam

Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution

Ensure accurate data entry and follow-ups

Requirements: Minimum qualification: HSC Pass

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi & Gujarati

Basic computer knowledge preferred

Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply
