Job Title : Customer Support & Lead Generation Executive

Company : Business Link India

Location : Virar, Mumbai | Type : Full-Time | Experience : Freshers Welcome (Male & Female)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Saturday Half Day) & Sunday Fixed Off (Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM)

The company is also an authorised partner (sub-broker) with Dhan in the financial services sector, offering services related to Demat accounts and stock market investments.

Key Responsibilities :

•Handle customer queries via calls and provide support for Demat & Trading account opening

•Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and references

•Educate customers about stock market basics, trading platforms, and account benefits

•Provide guidance on stock buying/selling process and platform usage (non-advisory)

•Maintain and update lead and customer data in CRM systems

•Follow up with interested clients to ensure account activation

•Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

Requirements :

•Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

•Basic knowledge of stock market (Equity, Demat, IPO, Mutual Funds)

•Good communication and convincing skills

•Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

•Strong follow-up and customer handling skills
