Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the Voice Process. The candidate will handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or accounts
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (quality, productivity, conversion, etc.)
Follow company compliance and process guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Ensure excellent customer experience on every call
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Fresher or 6 months – 2 years of experience in BPO/Voice Process preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in rotational shifts
