Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support engineers preferably Diploma/Degree Holders in Instrumentation/Mechatronic/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution. Expected relevant experience is essential.

Our company Bergen Systems Pvt. Ltd. sell and support Production equipment for electronics assembly and Semiconductors (Chip Packaging) devices. These are all imported from Japan Korea etc. Selected candidates will be trained in India and abroad at the appropriate time.

Salary will be as per the qualification, experience and apptitude of the candidate.

Responsibilities will be attending customer calls at the time of:

  • New installations

  • Break-downs

  • Regular maintenance

  • Reporting to HQ

  • etc.

    with or without experts from the company or foreign experts.

Needed training will be imparted for the above mentioned activities.

Opportunities to work in other branches also possible. Job involves travelling mainly in Gujarat but in rest of India too, as needed!
