We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team Battery Smart . This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2C Sales. The role offers ₹20000 - ₹22000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and take action on unauthorized charging alerts in real-time
Coordinate with field teams for alert resolution and updates
Manage escalations and communicate issues promptly
Maintain accurate and timely data logs/trackers
Make outbound calls to occupants for alert verification and resolution
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12TH /Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Rotational shift.
