We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our legal services consultancy team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing accurate information about our legal services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client communication via calls, emails, and chats.
Provide clear information on legal services.
Understand client needs and connect them with legal experts.
Schedule appointments and support documentation.
Follow up to ensure issue resolution and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and patience.
Basic knowledge of legal services is a plus (training will be provided).
Familiarity with MS Office.
Fluent in [English/Hindi/Bengali].
Minimum Qualification:12th Pass.
0–2 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or legal support
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
