Job Description

Customer Sales Executive – AXIS Bank Process

Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to ETB/NTB customers

Present and sell banking products such as:

Secured Loans

Unsecured Loans

Credit Cards

Life Insurance

General Insurance

Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits

Maintain lead follow-ups and close sales

Ensure professional communication during calls

Meet daily/weekly sales targets and compliance norms

Eligibility

Graduation is mandatory

Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

Sales experience in Loans, Insurance, Banking or Credit Cards preferred

Required Skills

Good verbal communication in:

Hindi and Bengali

English (average – mandatory)

Sales attitude and customer persuasion skills

Interest in Banking & Financial products
