Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and ticketing systems.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Update customer records and maintain accurate data.
Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Follow SLA timelines and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Build customer trust and retain customers through effective communication.
