Job Description

Customer Support Executive We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to help our customers over calls, email and chat. You will answer product and account related questions, resolve issues within the agreed response time, and record every interaction accurately in the CRM. Complex cases should be escalated to the relevant internal team with clear notes. Clear spoken and written communication in English and Hindi is important, along with basic computer skills and a patient, customer first attitude. Freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience are welcome. This is a full time work from office role based in Bengaluru with fixed weekly offs.
