Job Description


We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Operations Team as an Executive. This role requires proactive engagement with potential customers, lead generation, and sales support. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Introduce and explain products and services in a clear and professional manner.

Generate and nurture leads to convert prospects into sales opportunities.

Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide necessary information.

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain a structured database.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion rates.

Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all communications.

Eligibility Criteria


Age requirement: 18–35 years

Strong verbal communication skills with a professional approach

Excellent interpersonal and persuasive abilities

Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Proficiency in basic computer applications

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Willingness to work in a fixed shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
