Operational Coordinator with 6+ months experience required in an agro export organisation located at Mumbai Central (nearby station)
Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM
Candidates with experience in customer follow-ups, order tracking, and outstanding payment collection will be preferred
JD:
- Handle customers and follow up with prospective customers to generate business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups regarding enquiries, quotations, and product requirements.
- Maintain enquiry trackers and customer records to monitor follow-up status and sales opportunities.
- Track pending orders and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely updates to customers.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and overdue invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to confirm payment receipts and resolve outstanding balance discrepancies.
- Prepare follow-up reports and maintain records of customer enquiries, pending orders, payment commitments, and collection status.
Salary - Rs 25,000 per month
