Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

• Manage customer interactions through calls, chats, emails or other communication channels

• Understand customer issues and ensure timely resolution

• Coordinate with internal teams for service-related concerns

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints

• Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure closure

• Maintain good customer relationships and service quality

• Meet assigned customer service and performance targets
