Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for managing
shipment operations and handling customer interactions efficiently. The role focuses on
ensuring smooth delivery processes and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track shipped orders to ensure timely delivery.
Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases and coordinate for re-attempts.
Follow up on NDR orders to ensure successful delivery.
Manage and control RTO (Return to Origin) orders to minimize returns.
Handle IVR calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Communicate with customers in a polite and helpful manner.
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for issue resolution.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics operations (NDR/RTO preferred).
Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
