💰 Salary: Up to ₹19,000 CTC per month
💼 Shift Allowance: ₹2,600 for odd hours

Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor – Email Support to manage customer queries related to Airtel Payments Bank services through email communication. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills and the ability to provide accurate, professional, and timely responses while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer emails regarding accounts, banking products, and transactions
• Provide clear, accurate, and grammatically correct responses to customer queries
• Ensure all communication follows process guidelines and quality standards
• Log customer interactions and updates accurately in CRM systems
• Investigate and resolve customer issues within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Assist customers with account updates, service-related queries, and digital platform navigation
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and data protection policies
Skills & Competencies
✔ Excellent written English skills (grammar, clarity, and tone)
✔ Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
✔ Ability to handle multiple email cases efficiently
✔ Good understanding of professional email communication and customer service etiquette
✔ Ability to work effectively under pressure
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Graduate (Mandatory)
📧 1–2 years of customer service experience (Email process preferred)
📊 Versant Score: Minimum Level 5
