We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive for our Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with prior experience in a voice-based customer support role.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Resolve customer queries and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
Maintain accurate call records and update internal systems
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory)
Freshers and experienced taken.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Hindi required
Shifts : day shifts
Working Days: 6 days/week
Freshers: Up to ₹20,000 CTC (₹15,000 in-hand)
Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,000 in-hand)
