Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional support via voice, chat, or email.
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain excellent communication in both English and Hindi.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy while handling customer requests.
Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance guidelines.
Work effectively in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Ensure confidentiality of customer information and deliver high-quality service at all times.
