Customer Support Associate

Job Description
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Customer Support Associate to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convince and engage customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries

• Explain products/services clearly and effectively

• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain professional and polite communication at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Understands & speaks good English

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, dialer systems)

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in sales or lead generation

• Familiarity with CRM tools

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Freshers are also welcome to app
