Role: Customer Service + Renewals
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service & Renewals Executive to assist existing customers, ensure a seamless service experience, and drive membership renewals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to build strong relationships.
Eligibility:
• Qualification: HSC Pass / Graduate
• Age: 22 – 34 Years
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service / Renewals
• Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• Languages: English + Tamil + Telugu or Malayalam
Shift Timings:
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM for women employees
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM for male employees
