Key Responsibilities
-Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails to remind them about scheduled vehicle services.
-Generate service appointments and ensure maximum workshop inflow.
-Promote periodic maintenance, value-added services, accessories, extended warranties, and service packages.
-Follow up with customers whose vehicles are overdue for service.
-Execute service campaigns and promotional activities initiated by the company.
-Maintain an updated customer database and accurately record customer interactions.
-Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team for appointment planning and customer convenience.
+Resolve customer queries related to service schedules, pricing, and available offers.
-Conduct post-service follow-up calls to obtain customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
-Achieve monthly targets for service bookings, customer retention, and revenue generation.
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer calls, appointments, and conversions.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
