Job Description & Prerequisites:
Education & Experience: Graduate (Freshers) / Undergraduate (minimum 6 months experience)
Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English
Working Days: 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
Shift: UK Shift (9 hours rotational)
Selection Process:
HR Round
SHL Bundle Test & Typing Test (25 WPM, 90% accuracy required)
Operations Round
Compensation:
Fresher: INR 3,64,200 CTC per annum (INR 25,000 take-home/month)
Experienced: INR 4,18,000 CTC per annum (INR 29,000 take-home/month)
Skills & Requirements
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in customer service, airline, travel, or BPO industry
Knowledge of airline reservation systems or travel processes
Ability to manage customer escalations calmly and professionally
